Round 10 Centrals vs Power Reserves Sat 2:35 X-Convenience O

Post by UK Fan »

Should be a close game

Dogs hopefully will regain McCormack Hoskin from injury Should make a difference. Dylan Weavers form in the reserves has been excellent since being dropped.

Port not having to many injuries in the afl side it should make for a close contest

Dylan Weaver is the epitome of a Centrals player at the moment.

Has a read hot crack every week, plays 'bigger' than he is against an opposition much taller and stronger each week. Plays some great ressies footy against the younger kids more his size and build. Comes up to league and is serviceable for a few weeks here and there but eventually gets dropped. Will probably never be a 'gun' league footballer.

Almost a carbon copy of David Haydon. Cant question his commitment and love his passion for the club but we are not progressing whilst these blokes bounce between ressie/league football.

Will win a mail medal in some country league if he decides to go down that path.

With Port Power reserves being able to recruit a ruckman from interstate last week, their side is further strengthened. Additionally, playing tonight they'll be able to play their medi sub, they've dropped Sam Hayes and again will be too strong for us. Their AFL side has 5 injuries of a potential list of 44. All this further highlights what a pathetic (with lack of integrity) competition we now have and bother to support.

All over the ground - if we had two, we would have one forward, one back.
Depends on the other cattle we have available each week as to whether he is needed more forward or back.
A Bulldog in winter; a WTDCC Eagle and OICC Wolf in Summer!

6-8 weeks away.
