I actually typed the outcome on here yesterday but thought better of it when I went to submit it.

It all went tits up and got lost somewhere between being manufactured around noon on Tuesday and being despatched (which was meant to be by 2pm), it has now been located but it is still yet to reach the customer.

It was pure gold after watching Captain Wankstain strutting around like he was King Dick achieving the impossible and gloating to the customer about how good he is.

I couldn't help but play dumb this morning and ask "How'd ******* go, were they pretty happy?"

He sent frantic emails out yesterday but nobody cared enough to reply, he's one of these operators that will set there for 5 hours and then go in the carpark to send an email and piss off for the day, he's above asking for stuff face to face.

I thought to myself yesterday "karma is brilliant".
