Ahem. Didn't Vince, Jaensch & Johncock all get dropped this week for their lack of commitment?? What more do you blokes want, seriously. So the messages you want to send are conditional are they??

I'd rather a team full of blokes with 100% commitment regardless of form than giving those spots to players who are half arsed and doesn't give a ****.

And dropping Porp?? I've heard it all now. Thank **** you blokes aren't running the club. I hope the boys have a big win on Sunday and stick it right up ya.

I actually hope the opposite GN, that we keep losing and some of the 'dead wood' supporters drop off...

His form has been disgraceful all season. A fit Porplyzia is one of the first players I pick, sadly his form and fitness is nowhere near his best.

Young's been great since returning to Norwood, barely conceded a goal in the past month. Sloane perhaps was a bit of a stretch, only played 1 back since injury, so perhaps give Reilly one last chance.

I absolutely detest posts like these.

Who, in your opinion, on this board is a 'dead wood' supporter? I hope you don't mean me, who hasn't and won't miss a game all season.

Fess up...

But NFC - you've said yourself it's not about commitment or dedication, it's all about the form.

So in keeping with the selection policy you prefer, Felch is just putting you on notice. If you don't stop these negative tactics and selfish play you'll get moved on in favour of someone with more youth and enthusiasm.

You serious man? Every home game. I attend every Norwood game too so fitting in all Crow away games and Norwood games is virtually impossible.

NFC, i was not referring to you. Entirely respect your views, even if i dont always agree with them.

I thought it was pretty obvious who i was referring too....

And i dont really hope they lose every game either...

They may as well just drop everyone!!! you people have lost it
and NFC as for Porplyzia being Dropped   , his form has been on the up and he is slowly getting to his best. he has 10 goals from his last 4 games. and thats all you can ask of a small Forward. if he gets you 2 to 3 goals a game he has done a job.

Mackay is a big in for mine. So glad he's back this week, he was one of the only blokes who could've been happy with his form prior to getting injured. Hopefully he hasn't lost too much during his month out.

Armstrong also coughs it up a fair bit. Would have thought its better not to hurl him to the wolves too early, when the team is under as much pressure as this, and let him ease into it. If he is given that chance to ease into it a bit more, he should become an even better player for it.

Commitment? After the North game there are a few senior players that have no right to punish others for their commitment. Johncock for instance, who cares if he missed some bs rehab season on a weekend. He has been our best player this year, he won the Richmond game off his own boot.
