I agree with you on that. He bothered us early finding plenty of space to run into. Kicked his first goal in league footy too if I recall..

By looking at the way Sturt supporters behind the northern goals were carrying on after the game one might be forgiven for thinking differently. A little warning for those in blue ahead of our next battlle against each other though and that is you did only beat an Eagles side at 2/3 of it's best. We had at minimum 7 of our best 21 missing from todays game.

FWIW, Sturt had Crane, McLeay, Payne & Nelson out today which are arguably four of our top ten players out.
I think today's Reserves and League results say something about both club's depth of list more than anything else.

The difference is the eagles have a lot of players that are of the same level that aren't a grade standard but good b graders so we can't cover the loss of shirley powell salter passador treeby mckenzie

McKenzie, Treeby, Powell, Cicolella, Passador, Salter & Shirley. I understand Shirley & Salter are AFL listed but both will play the majority of the season with the Eagles.

You cant read can you?
Shirley has played more for the Crows than the Eagles over the past few years hasnt he? Why was he out today?
Where did Cicca play today? How can a club claim he is in their best team yet refuse to pick him?
So your down to 4 players out, boo hoo....I think you will find most clubs will have 3-4 out every week from their best line up
