Roy Laird has proved nothing until he takes another club to a flag.
If he took North to a flag in 2 years, I would agree he is the best coach ever, but it aint gonna happen.

Until Roy is tested at that level it's complete guess-work and a matter of opinion. Apples with oranges.
If Roy is happy to stay in the SANFL only then even he wouldn't go speculating that he is better than any AFL coach. I'd really like to see Roy test himself at AFL level one day.
