*sigh* I'll say it loud & clear...
Jars has done well in lifting the spirit of the playing group & building a squad.
However, this coincided with North stabilising it's financial resources.
Unfortunatley, Jars has done as much as he can- we fear that the way things have been handled this year, he could undo all his good work in 6 months.
Alleway & Allen are North men, just like Jars- I'd say Jars has deeper love for North, given that he came back to help lift the club, which he has achieved.
Along the way, his original vision has either been blurred, or what he's achieved has changed his view on how things should be done, & the feeling is that this has been detrimental.
North supporters feel the time is near for us to move on to the next chapter- not at the expense of mocking/degrading Andrew.
North need strong leadership at the top (coach) & I don't believe that Andrew is capable of being that person- he has let himself & the club down at crucial times, he's not open to being told where he's going wrong (despite asking the question).
