He turns 31 in November so I would doubt he'd be chased too hard by SANFL sides as a player.

After 10 + years in the system you wouldnt begrudge him going off and playing with mates or chasing bit of coin at the Community level compared to playing SANFL footy and all of its demands.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

West averaged 59 points for a match this season, so I guess if true, will be worse than that next year.

If they other team only scores 58 though I’m not sure they’ll care :)

With Francis being delisted I think that’s him done at that level but would be a very handy pickup for Westies if he comes home

SANFL will be funding Bassett's salary and also paying for West Adelaide to have more salary cap. Money won't be the issue in recruiting

whufc probably not the right thread but in answer to your question i dont think Thommo improved as a coach,
Having a game plan where we constantly bomb the ball in doesnt work it didnt in 2024 and didnt in the second half of this season .

He's taken us from the foot of the ladder to consistent Finals appearances, but we're treading water at the moment.

Can he take the next step and take us to a Grand Final? The results the past couple of seasons indicate no, but can things be tweaked so that the side can take the next step?
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10
