I did consider adding him, but he won a B&F and was AA the year he won the Brownlow.

For argument's sake:
Libba (1990 Browlow) - 1 B&F (1991), no AA teams.
Wynd (1991) - 1 B&F (1991), 1 AA (1991).
Woewodin (2000) - 1 B&F (2000), no AA.
Priddis (2015) - 1 B&F (2013), 1 AA (2015)
Mitchell (2018) - 3 B&F (2017, 18, 21), 2 AA (2017, 18)

Mitchell probably stiff to be lumped in this list, based on what he's achieved, but there's no way you'd look at him now and think he's a former B&F winner, let alone a Brownlow medalist

Could probably add Cooney to this list as well, .just the sole AA the year he won and no B&Fs.

This one always gets Cats fans up and about.

Jimmy Bartel (2008) - no B&Fs, 2 AA (2007 & 08), 1 Norm Smith (2011).

Now, before people sharpen any pitchforks, I'm not saying he belongs on the worst ever list, just he lacks the personal awards that other winners do, more so the result of playing in a stacked team.

Woewodin is a level below even the rest of those blokes, for mine.

I had a crack on the ladder predictor. Admittedly I left the margin for all games at 20 points, but it seemed very improbable. Hawks winning in Brisbane, and in particular GWS beating the Suns away, appear to be a real stretch.

Of course they won it, Watson cheated and would head this list of worst Brownlow medallists if he still had one. It was clearly his best season in 2012, drug assisted.
I also think Cripps is worthy of being in this discussion, he has benefitted enormously from there being very limited competent footballers in a team that won just enough matches.

He's always the name I use when someone tries to claim a player isn't any good because they haven't won a Brownlow.

Does winning two of them make it a bit harder to make a case for him though? I think it does.

Yeah, nah.

2 AA, 3 B&Fs, 1 AFLPA Best AFL Captain. Nowhere near this list.

Yeah, nah.

2 Brownlows, 1 AFLPA MVP, 4 AA, 5 B&F. As individually decorated as you can get.

You’d have to be pretty lucky to be gifted 2 Brownlows
And by the biggest margin ever and highest tally ever

Hawks dont have to win in Brisbane as long as Adelaide does the damage to Pies % this week, it only needs a 6-8 goal win. And if the Giants can beat North by about 100 this week they wont have to beat The Suns either so if the margin that Giants beat North by and Crows beat Pies by is around 150 the Giants % will be better than Pies. All other top 9 games ive done a 20 pt margin. Hawks and Brisbane likely to be playing for 4th spot, Gold Coast in 3rd
