Didn’t see any, anyone who did give some thoughts
I had it on in the background while doing dinner and all that, it felt as though the Crows held a pretty comfortable lead all game, Port reined in the margin at times but then the Crows continued to kick clear of them to maintain a 4-6 goal lead.

Was a very bruise free game from both sides. Crows opened it up with 6 quick goals in the 2nd period and held onto that lead for the rest of the match. Soligo was BOG by a mile.

Adelaide has finalised its leadership group for 2025 with Jordan Dawson to enter his third season as captain.

The two-time Club Champion and All-Australian midfielder will be joined by fellow Malcolm Blight Medallists Ben Keays and Reilly O’Brien, as well as Darcy Fogarty and Alex Neal-Bullen as vice captains in the five-man leadership group.

Seems a notable omission or two from last year.

I really don't get the ANB hype, at all.

Just because you were lucky enough to be a role player in a premiership side, does not make you a leader.

I'm the same. He's a good bit player but not going to make Adelaide exponentially better IMO.

He’s exponentially better than Murphy who he replaces in both the role and the leadership group. I’ll take that improvement.

I'd argue that could well be the epitome of great leadership.

Someone who is willing to sacrifice themselves to a role that doesn't receive the statistical rewards or the external accolades but is coveted within the four walls of a club that achieves the ultimate, does that not scream leader to you?

Enough already, I though Darren Smith was a good player!

In all seriousness, I was being polite, ANB is bog average. He's one of those players that are in the incumbent coach's good books, but would find themselves quickly getting the Tijuana Brass with a change at the top. Averaging less than 16 touches a game in the modern era is bleak, and 0.7 goals a game from a predominantly half forward flank is grim. Cows already have a heap of "good blokes", they need to start on a different recruiting theme.

Pretty sure you intimated there was a reason he only nominated the Crows when he said he was coming home, too

Absolutely I did because we had other targets in sight and wouldn't have been in the market for a 29 year old.

Who wants a 29 year old when a 30 year old Atkins is on the market. 8)

Idiots.

We didn't chase Atkins, we chased Richards from Collingwood and Lukosius from the Suns and if we didn't agree to help GC with the Atkins salary dump the deal wouldn't go through.
