Thats 100% right as well.
As we now know concussion doesn't have to be from the contact of head hitting ground and often is from the whiplash motion causing the brain to jerk. So whilst he didn't smash the ground that's not to say he didn't feel dizzy, light headed or ache from the tackle and potentially a concussion.

Like others have said if he had gone into HIA he would think twice about faking it next time.
