Re: RD 15 NORTH VS BAYS PROSPECT OVAL SUNDAY 30TH JULY 2:10P
It's the first time North have had their much vaunted midfield all available this season. Combe, Young, Mayes, Wigg and Moore is as strong a midfield as any team in the league and Gowers is much improved as a mdifielder as well.
This, of course, is a big test for North

Re: RD 15 NORTH VS BAYS PROSPECT OVAL SUNDAY 30TH JULY 2:10P
AS RIG points out, Norths best side for the season arguably.
Chance got us to get our defensive forward half back on track on a larger oval.
Bays by 2 goals with a great sense of trepidation.

Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Disposal by foot very poor, particularly forward 50 entries. Did enough when it counted and deserved the win. North battled, but look a very different team compared to last year.

I reckon both teams were guilty of that, particularly in the first half.
