Ben Hart and Matty Clarke have been appointed to the Crows coaching panel for 2008
Hart will replace Jonas as defensive coach
Clarke will replace Redden as ruck coack
Jonas will be in a full time development coach role, still be part of the coaches box on match day

Considering the way that Matthew Clarke left the Crows and went to St Kilda after having retired leaving the Crows with no compensation for his loss, is it then appropriate to have him back at the club coaching other players in how to play for the jumper of the club?
He turned his back quite quickly on South also to play for Glenelg although he didnt play a game and we ended up benefiting financially out of that, it still raises questions about his commitment to the colours that he wears?
Which is better for the Crows, someone who is passionate about the colours of the club or someone who couldent care less as long as it has a good pay packet in it?
