100% my biggest pet hate.

Typically women are classics for this.....wait 5 minutes in line scrolling their phones and then once the cashier says $10.90 they go searching through a purse of god knows what looking for their $20 note or bank card. Even worse if they start looking for their woolworths discount card thing.
