Luckless North Adelaide recruit Billy Hartung will return to the League line-up to face South Adelaide at Flinders University Stadium.

The former Hawthorn speedster has been battling hamstring injuries since arriving at Prospect but is coming off a confidence-boosting 26-disposal performance in the Reserves.

Ben Jarman also had his strong Reserves form rewarded after racking up 27 disposals and two goals while premiership defender Tanner Smith returns after a one-game stint in the seconds.

Jarred Allmond is out due to concussion while Robbie Young will miss the match due to personal reasons.

Double chance up for grabs at Noarlunga and this should be a cracker! North in great form and South getting players back from injury at the right time of the season. COVID break seemed to help us out with recovery time. South desperately need to improve on goal kicking, hopefully it clicks soon because it's already cost us some wins this year and we can't afford to kick badly against teams like North (or Glenelg and the Eagles) because they will punish us.
