The teams have met in 2 Elimination Finals at least

GL 24-10 [154]
SA 15-13 [103]
2011
SA 14-17 [101]
GL 10-10 [70]
SA have never scored less than a total of 100 points in all EFs against GL
There might be more finals played between the teams ?

Re: 2020 1st Semi Final
I'm pretty sure those are the only finals South Adelaide have played against Glenelg. Seem to recall this came up in 2011, possibly on here.

Re: 2020 1st Semi Final
There was an unofficial PRE-limination final, the winner of which would make the Elimination Final, in the final round of 2006. South won. Mouse got reported but was cleared
and went on to win the Magarey Medal. Someone from South was also reported (Kewpie Doll?) and given a match. From memoery South won the Elimination but went down in the First semi.

Not in the league they haven't.
Out of the four remaining teams, historically South actually have the best October record.

Re: 2020 1st Semi Final
Quite incredible
These sides have been playing each other since 1921 and only met twice in finals

North have won 7 of their 14 flags in October, 1930, 1931, 1949, 1952, 1960, 1987 and 1991.
South won all of their 3 flags in the 20th century in October

Turned down a drink so you can sit in the drink ... unless you scored an undercover seat. If so, be sure to wave at us plebs getting drenched in the open seats.
