Changed a fuse in my car today and when the dead fuse was pulled out, the prongs decided they wanted to stay inside the fuse box. Of course I didn’t notice until I tried to put the new fuse in and wondered why it would only go in half way. Would I be right in thinking my next step would be an autoelectrician? The prongs aren’t sticking out or anything so can’t use pliers/tweezers to pull them out, which has been the most common fix for the issue I’ve read online.

Cigarette lighter works now, but don’t trust the new dodgy set up to not set the car alight (or shorting out anything else electrical
Given my post I assume it goes without saying, but I’m completely hopeless at this type of thing!
