Phoned the store at 10:15pm to see what the delay was; was told that the pizza was just entering the oven and would be delivered around 11:00pm (90 minutes late, two hours after ordering!). No apology, just a simple statement of fact. Apparently they were one driver down, it would have been nice for them to have phoned at some point to let me know the pizza was going to be 90 minutes late. I immediately cancelled, saying I would be in bed by then.
Isn't it supposed to be free if it's more than 30 minutes late?

Re: Things that give you the sh1ts
did lofty on Saturday and i severely underestimated how hard it was going to be for...
I got to a certain point and i was like i am surely near the top! then i saw a sign which said i still had 2km to go
It was the longest 3.8km of my life...
My legs are cooked today

i didn't time it... Survival was my key... My bro did it in 1:15/1:20ish and i finished about 5 minutes after him... I was alot quicker on the way down obviously... I am not ashamed to admit i stopped several times on the way up!! Can't believe people do it for fun..
I would like to do it in a couple of months and see how i go after going to the gym more regularly. I've only been back at the gym for a fortnight

Try Morialta Falls first.
It's best to print off the map of different tracks that they have there and increase the intensity each visit by selecting a more vigorous track each time.
It's soothing, good for you and it's nice to appreciate what our state has to offer.

Absolutely, the wife and I quite often go there for a hike, the kids enjoy it too, get to see koala's and other native animals on the journey.
We found the map inspires us to go more often and test out different hikes.
