This a triple threader, laugh, shits and don't understand.

How is it that it saves me time in the morning by getting off the northern "expressway", getting on to Heaslip Road then Waterloo Corner Road then on to Port Wakefield Road, it kind of defeats the purpose of an expressway.

Flicking through the channels last night and stumbled across "Adam looking for Eve", wow, a reality show where the cast are all totally naked, we thought we'd tune in for 10 minutes, it was quite funny.

My 22 year old wanted slippers, jocks and socks, the 18 year old wanted slippers, a new toothbrush and hairbrush.

My 23 year old daughter and I were just discussing this the other night, we left our Easter plans a bit late this year as it seems to have lost it's prestige, we're not sure if it's because everyone is getting older or if it's society.

Society, football on good Friday, racing in Perth and Tasmania, Easter is a 4-day weekend now, those who celebrate the religious aspect will always do so but I think the descendants from Anglo heritage ( methodists, chuch of england etc ) are either dying off or moving away from the traditional Easter meaning.

Yeah, it felt weird having footy on and being able to go to the pub if I desired, I'm not big on religion but Mrs Mc ensured we ate prawns for lunch and salmon for dinner.

I went to a pub for lunch on Good Friday

Didn’t even know pubs were allowed to open

Same until a FB friend posted about going to work and trying to get some patrons to make her day less boring.

Customer: "Carey said such and such but what would he know?"

Foodland dude: "It's not even the same game as when those dinosaurs played, look how much they run these days - Blokes like Carey and Riewoldt wouldnt even get a kick!"
