Sitting poolside in Melbourne smallest shower passes over, still 31 degrees yet about half a dozen Asian’s that are in the pool all get out and run inside cause it’s raining! WTF

I’m sitting on my deck here in Bundoora (NE Melb) with a Corona considering when to crank up the Ziggy and put the Butterflied leg of lamb on.... probably 2 beers time. Then it’s a 4 beer cook.

When you put the lamb on grab a real beer at the same time.

I can’t stand Corona’s....... with or without lemon.

Each to their own. When it gets cold I switch to Carlton Draught anyway.... I think we can agree on those!

Drove over this time. Yeah some of the western suburbs leave Adelaide looking like the greatest place on earth! but I must say Ashley Gardens is awesome, decent pub across the road, jump on the 220 (bus stop right out the front) takes you everywhere you need to go and Highpoint is literally 5 mins away to keep the cook happy.

Kids love it here as well, great pool area for them, you’re allowed red cans in the area but no glass and they’ve installed new play grounds.

Good stuff mate, you know I’m only yanking your chain! I recall doing those type of trips with my kids when they were younger. Next weekend son gets married.... WTF did those years go!
