I've always been uneasy about this whole collective puniishment thing. technically thats actually not legal under state and actually any laws... so if they do take it outside of the league would be a good development.
Can understand if it was melee after melee after melee, but the league is putting responsibility of individual acts on a club, it's a bit like jailing a whole family just because one person keeps drink driving....
If he has no record prior, how are the club supposed to control it?

i doubt 70 players could have a restriction on movement/enjoyment/financial put upon them based on the actions of 1 other person, an before the transfer window..
