Re: Norwood v Glenelg Sat 1440
Norwood have won 5 on the trot, we’re up & down & lack a bit of class.
Nice scheduling by the SANFL giving Glenelg a 5 day break, why wouldn’t they play us against Sturt or South who both played Monday also? Staggering.
Anyway, I’ll be there hoping for an upset & enjoying a decent beer at the only ground that serves it.

Re: Norwood v Glenelg Sat 1440
Baulderstone back is a big plus for Norwood.
Disappointed to read Motlop was reported for striking Thring considering they were team mates last year. Not had chance to watch the game yet.

Legs beat the top of the table Bays in the Ressies by 6 points.
Glenelg had the first 7 scores of the final quarter to turn a 15 point 3/4 time deficit into a 7 point lead with under 10 minutes to go but Norwood steadied and kicked the final 2 goals of the game

Big turn around from last weeks game against West.
How are the Wilson's going?

Only got here at the start of the last. A couple of good things but didn’t really get involved too much from what I saw.

Umpiring all one way at the Parade, 12-4 to Norwood.
Should be 5 goals up with this run.

Re: Norwood v Glenelg Sat 1440
Clear push in the back to Glenelg before that last goal and nothing. Yet Norwood are getting the softest free kicks in front of goal. It’s so frustrating watching such one sided umpiring.

Agree about the umpiring.
Like the look of Vea Vea. Is this his first game or has he played some already?

Watched the game as a neutral - some of the most bias umpiring.
Norwood got a bloody good ride from them !

Re: Norwood v Glenelg Sat 1440
I’m soaked and freezing but worth it just to see us put the final nail in Glenelg’s season. Umpiring was shocking and definitely favoured us in first half especially but there were some staggering decisions both ways. Really have loved the transformation of Johnston, thought his career was at the crossroads heading into this season

Must have given him a pay rise. As long as you keep paying him the big bucks he’ll be ok.

Nah, played at the start of the season. Got injured I think.
Odd style, he always looks like a lazy player but gets his hands on the ball and gets the disposals. Just looks like he does it in slow motion. That’s not a criticism, just the impression I’ve got from the games I’ve seen him play.
