Greatest Coaches winning percentages oldman 93.10% Daylight..... Herb Howson (South Melb) 81.82% Charlie Clymo (Geelong) 80.95% Don Pike 72.22% Jock McHale 66.06% Alistair Clarkson 62.54% Kevin Sheedy 57.82% Mick Malthouse 57.03%
Can't compete with that.
Fitzroy were the preseason flag favourites and after this weekend might be the new mid year flag favourites in the A's. Elizabeth clearly the standout team at the halfway mark in the magoos

Question.. how many clubs have had players clearances denied because they're classed as a "required player"?
We had a young lad come out from Broadview last month to play with his mates, after playing C grade at Broadies in recent years (only 2x games this year) and had his clearance denied because apparently despite being a C grade, and not being a paid or contracted player he's a required player

Considering where Broadies are at, he may be required to play A Grade

Interesting, seems my original comment must have been deleted. Not sure why as people name a lot of people on here personally (e.g. Pulteney and Trinity umpires) and its play on.. anyway Zartan - it's a common theme Broadview have done for many years now.

Ingle Farm and Fitzroy are definitely building they are major threats in the back end of the season. Both have some seriously good footballers and are going to give Pulteney some headaches.
What's going on at Elizabeth 4 losses in a row they have fallen off the wagon.

For once I agree with your down play. I think Roy's have all the tools, and Ingle Farm are finally beginning to get a full compliment of players available.
Major threats - maybe.. Major favourite - still Pulteney
