ATCA pay to host their T20 final at Adelaide Oval.
SAMCA is open to all clubs, of which selected ATCA clubs get invited based on their results in the previous year's T20 comp. Unfortunately SAMCA only have the Statewide Final on Adelaide Oval year, rather than 3 games, those being the Metro, Country, and Statewide Finals.

How much do they pay? You don't think Country Living Homes pays something to get on there as well?

No I don't. I suspect SAMCA arrange it, and this year AO told SAMCA 3 games was too many.

In A2, ROCS lose there first game of the season to Fulham, but sew up the minor premiership and promotion to A1. Well done. That leaves 7 teams left in the race for the remaining 3 final spots and the other 4 teams in a relegation battle. Big games this round. Top 8 teams play each other and the bottom 4 teams play each other. Old Scotch, Unley, Ingle Farm and Woody South must win to stay alive. Port Districts the form team with 6 wins on the trot. Marion under the pump and looking like a late season fade out similar to last year. I expect Fulham will stay up now that Bone is back and piling on the runs.
Congrats to Golden Grove in LO6. I know they've had a tough season and like to play in good spirit, so it's good they keep getting a team on the field. That effort really does need to be commended - especially on the weekend when the heat could've meant looking for an easy out. Although, 39.4 overs for 67 runs on the weekend is an interesting effort. I'm not sure what's better for the younger players in the side, batting out a day and learning 'stickability' for 67, or having a crack, learning to attack, and making the same score but in a shorter time frame. It'd be an interesting philosophical debate.
And...Hope Valley the massive favourites for this grade, while teams in position two to five have to just keep winning, as it's tight in the race for the finals.
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.
So Grange beat Walkerville, no results listed yet.
Don't think Grange will have their Glenelg players in Jake Winter and Tom Plant, as they will be playing their Grand Final against West Torrens that day.
Don't think they can bring in outside players if they have not played in tournament so far?
Might swing it in PAOC's favour, although Grange still have pretty handy team.

The 28 was in a T20..
Would've thought Brad Wills would be a suitable opening option instead.

Fair call CC. Farmers bowled Woody South out for 74 and are 7 for 180 in return. Penfield smashing Woodville Rechabites so it looks like Rechabites in for back to back demotions
Ingle Farm 7/180 v Woody South 74 - Woody South out of finals contention Modbury 95 v Fulham 2/59 - Modbury doomed for A3 Old Scotch 105 v Hectorville 59 and 1/15 (Nathan Fox 9 for 36 WOW!) Port Districts 6/94 v Marion - washed out after 35.4 overs - advantage Marion Unley v ROCS 153 off 78 overs - advantage Unley, but very slow outfield at Kingswood Woodville Rechabites 108 v Penfield 3/151 - Woody Rechabites doomed for A3

Modbury have stacked their B2 team after Xmas and are sitting top.
