Re: The South Australian Political Landscape
Libs have never been good at economics it's called a mortgage. Everyone understands you pay off your debt (mortgage) over time.
This bullshit about 'we're going to have the budget back in surplus by year x' is rubbish, both sides say that crap because it appeals to a few idiots so good luck to ...

Re: The South Australian Political Landscape
The financial fear mongering by the liberals has reached dizzying heights in the last few years. IMO the biggest negative to the economy is the right wing politicians, media and commentators constantly talking it down. This serves no positive purpose for business or the community, but rather ...

Treasurer Tom said we can either do away with a hospital upgrade or do away with the environment department. I guess that is an indication of the significance that contemporary govenments place on the environment, um, the ONLY environment we have. maybe when we get back in the black we can just buy ...

Re: Abbott/Liberal Govt Watch
It appears that many of the Ministers are out of their depth. Pyne was terrible on QandA on Monday night. Admittedly he was being hounded but as the old saying goes - don't dish it out if you can't receive it. Hockey is also unconvincing, Sinodinas is facing serious allegations, Hunt is weak ...

Re: Abbott/Liberal Govt Watch
I don't think I can tolerate Christopher Pyne in the media for the full term of this Government. Please Tony, send him to the backbench before he drives us all insane with his poorly constructed arguments, false analogies, and hideous voice. I'd rather listen to someone run their fingernails across ...

Re: Adelaide Hills Cricket (HCA, TVCA & A&EH) 2013/14.
Strath have defeated Lobethal on the first day of their semi final at Strath with Lobethal making 122 and Strath reaching the target with 8 wickets in hand.
Woodside will need to make 315 to topple Nairne who at one stage were 8/160 until Jarrad Tait smashed 117 from 60 balls

What about mothers that kill their kids?
Life in prison! This has to be one of the most heinous crimes imaginable. Kids are the most innocent in our community and instinctively rely upon parents for protection. For a parent to not only neglect this duty but to defy it through the commit of murder ...

not that I know of, I heard the Heins will move from Wistow to Strath which might leave Wistow a bit depleted of A Graders. Goldy is rumoured to be back at the Creek. Not sure what is going on with the others, Anyone else know of anything?

Re: Adelaide Hills Cricket (HCA, TVCA & A&EH) 2014/15.
The bloke who made 160 is a serial offender at playing in lower grades when things get a bit tough for him in a higher grade. He was pissed that he got a duck in A2s the week before so came out to grab a bit of glory for himself in the C grade. He'll feel a bit better about himself now his batting ...
