Not really a hard equation, you would think 13 coaches are as safe as houses with probably 5 under pressure to deliver.
Buckley
Hinkley
Hardwick
Lyon
B.Scott

Surely the same applies for Hinkley?

Hinkley will be given some leeway for 2016, suspension and injuries played a big part in our season.
A repeat of '16 in '17 and he'll be on borrowed time.
Buckley ( 53.5 win % ) has had 5 year with no return, 16,14,11,10,9 wins in his time. Hardwick (47.1 win %) is going into his 8th year with nothing more than a loss in 1st week of finals 3 times.
They've had longer, with more resources* for less return than Hinkley ( 54.8 win % ).
*Remember where Port was at when Hinkley took over.

Depends if they get one long term injury or suspension, then its ok to blame that for the years performance
