I spoke to a lady on the Social Club Committee or Sporting Club or whatever runs the building and she sounded confident they would sort out the footy club and continue next year but probably not in Div 3 and not with much money or players.
It seemed to me that there is a big disconnection between the two clubs. I don't know how that system works but it certainly put me off of a similar system for our club.
I remember playing my old mates at Hope Valley in a final and their coach told us after the game they couldn't have a show at the club that night because the social club had one on, not a good system if you ask me.

In our local messenger paper today Salisbury West chairman Bob Campbell claims his club needs to go to Div 5 due to a lack of numbers and players leaving for money to play at other clubs.
Campbell claims they stopped paying players in July and informed the players at a meeting at this time and his words - " at the end of the season they the players have thought,oh well we will go get cash somewhere else.
Well HELLO.
Talk about players having no credibility.
You make your bed you lay in it Salisbury West.
