Well, for a start, the concerned doctor doesn't have to charge the $7 co-payment, so although he is trying to convey his concerns, he is actually only trying to protect his own income which would reduce by $2 per visit.
Yep, which highlights my point that there is a lot of misinformation about the budget being published.
Am I right that Cwth funding is not actually being cut for SA but is being indexed by 9%? What is being cut is the big jumps in later years promised by the former federal govt?
