They are very close to top spot. About a 99 point lose away from top spot.

With a population about 5000 more than the Roosters you would expect there to be quite a score difference.

There are over 30,000 that live in yorkes and most players are sourced from town. Bute would still have there locals if they treated them the right way. Ask H. Cock how he feels about the club after year's of service. As for the blokes they have recruited over the years not many of them have hung around more then 2 years.
Kadina on the other hand have done their home work and recruited long term players.

I hate that attitude of poor me, feel sorry for us. It's a bad culture to get your club into.

All teams have people leave their clubs for different reasons. Joey Burgoyne left Kadina and doesnt have a lot of of good to say about them. I agree Kadinas current crop of outsiders have served the club well but to suggest town population is not an issue is laughable. Imagine topping up Pasky with Kadinas teachers and police officers.

The smaller centres are getting smaller and less successful, the bigger towns keep thriving, ask hummocks how they are going attracting players, money and success are the keys to recruiting

I don't think anyone has posted anything about population being an issue, how ever it is an advantage having 4000 out of the 30,000 people that live in yorkes in the one town. If that makes sense.
I do understand that farms are getting bigger and small towns are getting smaller. Might be a Bute/Hummocks merge on the cards.

I would be suprised if Joey has a bad word to say about the club.

Taylor left hamley cause he cant stand the sight of Kirk heberle. And speaking to him he only has 2 years left in him. And that will be at the hounds. Taylor knows when to blood the youngens unlike heberle who still playing at 40 years old raping clubs money

Taylor just has to do his bit, which he has. He's in our best players every week and puts a fair bit of coin over the bar playing douches.

Taylor may well stay for a number of years, I bet success for him is the key, what's that mean, that kaduna in 2 years can recruit more better players as his points drop leading to more success, a bottom team could have 15 points and recruit but no success means a constant turnover, they may never get better, this is why the points system is flawed, because it has inflated the value of a football

Yer I bought a Sherrin the other day that cost $130. I guess that's why leagues are playing with crap Burleys.

Taylor played for 2 seasons along side Heberle, so you can't say that was the reason for leaving.
Played 2 years, won a mail medal, got a bigger offer and went to Kadina.
Great player but as previously mentioned only playing 1-2 seasons per club over his playing career makes him a short term prospect.
If kadina are aware of his intentions and he doesn't make promises to be there for the long haul then there shouldn't be an issue.

I see the league is sticking to its guns about the association game. You must make yourself available or its 2 weeks.
It will be a bloody good side.
