There are many of footballers in the YP that train with other clubs. I would say every club has.

Most blokes would train once a week and also do some individual training as in a run or weights.

The way I have been taught is that you try and get the ball out to your better kickers and users. When people get continually burnt by team mates that don't even bother to train, you stop caring if your team stops caring.
