Gave notice at my job friday as I've got a job offer where I'll be earning about 6k more.
Owner came back to me yesterday and said they would match the pay of the other place if I stay.

Means everyone I work with would get a payrise, but if I go, everyone's pay stays the same.

Sucks to be them, I'm outta there!
