Well explain the fact he turned up at training "disorientated" during the season, and subsequently suspended for 2 weeks. Don't forget many people working get drug and alcohol tested every day. And they don't get 3 striked. I don't feel sorry for anyone on that type of money. Pay me that much and you can scrutinise me as much as you like.
