Getting told by my property manager that my rental place in the ACT would be plateauing at about 300k, only to view on realestate.com that a similar unit in the same block just sold for 405k!

The same rules were posted and display at all entry points around Steroes last year.

Once inside it was still spot the male with a shirt on.

Their plan to get (and I quote) 'Hell b!tches and sh!t by walking around without a shirt on' might be destined to fail after all their hard work at the gym over the past few months.
