we are a real chance to defeated St Kilda and should be favourites this week at home with the emotional of saying goodbye to some of the best players to play for the adelaide crows including the best Andrew Mcleod (340 games) and with St kilda very poor record in adelaide. I reckon we will win between 6 and 22 points and just remember we have defeated geelong at home and fremantle when there were playing well in tyson edwards farewell game.
remember to get they about 40-35 mintutes before the game for the lap of honour.

A blueprint of what our full stength side will look like next year - only Knights to come in you would think (assuming nothing happens during trade week).
Will be interesting to see how they compete tomorrow against one of the form sides in the comp. Really looking forward to the game!

Add Vince also.
Very promising, hopefully add a quality midfielder and small FWD and we are set for a few years of rapid growth

Still a superb effort to still be in the match at that stage of the game and force the Saints into preservation mode. Great pressure, and you could see the confidence of the young players growing.
Brodie Martin was the highlight for me - 28 possessions in only his 5th game, and very few were cheapies on the half back line. In the 3rd term in particular he seemed to be everywhere. I think we might have unearthed a real gem there.
Walker and Tippett worked well in tandem last night as well, their goal kicking just let them down a bit as has been the case all year. That aside, I really do see them building a Lloyd/Lucas type combo up forward in the next couple of years.
All in all that match gave me exactly what I was after - optimism that next year we will continue onwards and upwards without the champions we farewelled last night.
Can't wait to see what these young fellas can come up with in 2011 with another preseason under the belt!
