Not sure what's happening there. I do know that when the list gets changed it alters the team on every user's profile. I'll get back to ya on that one.

Long story short is ties between the school and the footy club became a bit severed over the years. We found players from the college was drying up and we felt we weren't really wanted around anymore. So after playing the year out at Mawson Lakes Oval last year the club felt that along with the better facilities and the potential of the Mawson Lakes area that we'd be stupid not to take up this great oppurtunity.
We haven't forgotten our roots and still remember what St Paul's have done for us it was purely a decision that needed to be done if the club was to survive and fair to say it's been a great success so far both on & off the field...long way to go though!

S.P.O.S.F.C. on the back of the new Mawson Lakes Football Club jumper above the number. Never forget your roots!!!

Best of luck to all the other teams this week.

Smithfield Football Club is holding a past players day at Mofflin Reserve on Sunday, with possibly up to 40 past players representing either Central United or Angle Vale we seen it fitting to have it there.
All in all though, I think it should be a cracking game, both teams eager to keep their seasons alive and have produced some good results so far, hopefully they are both near full strength.
Special mention to Ricky Stansborough who has played for all 3 clubs.
