Yes, I drove through Brissie from North to South on Friday March 19th, having come down from Bundy and Maryborough to go to a Motel in Southbank.Rik E Boy wrote:LMAO@ Adelaide drivers complaining about traffic. Come to Brisbane, the whole city is choked by the stuff.

I was lucky and managed to get past the Salisbury Highway leak by going on Martins Rd.
However, that morning the cops took out an innocent driver on Salisbury Highway was the worst traffic I've had to encounter.
- Salisbury Highway was blocked, and banked up to Salisbury
- Martins Road backed up to Shepherdson Rd
- Kings Rd bumper to bumper of people trying to get to Main North Road
- Main North Rd backed up to Kings Rd because of separate crash at Mawson Lakes.
I finally got up to Bridge Rd, which was fine. Went onto Montague Rd, backed up as well, so ended up cutting through back streets until I got back onto Main North Rd near the HQ Homemaker Centre where I had finally cleared the traffic!
Made a 35-40 minute trip into work a 90 minute ordeal!

My neighbour's dog, as soon as they leave the house, starts this incessant bloody yapping every 2 or 3 seconds and must end up hoarse by the end of the day or night.
Spoke to him about it one day and do you reckon he didn't get "up in arms". The dog is distressed to buggery but it doesn't worry him, stupid pr1ck!
