As issue apprarently was that other applications were for multiple sport complex BUT Thebarton was just Aussie Rules.
The fact it was covering a facility for 75 clubs and with it thousands of players was not considered favourably.

You guys need to get over Thebarton, it was clearly not up to SANFL standard last year.
