Missus got me a couple of Angry Anderson burgers at HJ's yesty on her way home from town and at 12am, I got the worst case of green apple splatters imaginable. :shock: :shock: I am never touching one of those burgers again.

Must admit I wasn't too flash after my Angry Angus experience .. Of course I only struggled to eat 1 of the things, how you forced down 2 is incredible?!?! :shock:

going to Melbourne for work on Friday and having to fly home that arvo for family reasons despite the offer by employer to stay over the night and go to the T20 at the G :(

The new AAMI ad with all the car accidents where the guy says 'I just didn't see the Lorryyyyyyyyyyy'
Dont know about others but when I went to school they were trucks or semi trailers!

You're a bit young.
"Lorry" is an older term of UK origin that was widely used before the American influence got more potent via TV.
[A bit like the less successful "petrol" to "gas" shift.]

Back when I went to school, everyone had an Uncle Laurie who went to work in a lorry. It was all part of Lauries Lumber where he used it to lump lumber to Lauries Lumber yard.

The phone book for listing Medibank Private branches that no longer exist. I'd already driven out to Unley through a plethora of roadworks and idiot drivers, only to discover that the office had closed down. Then I remembered I could just send my claim in the post instead. So I guess I give me the sh1ts too, because if I'd only remembered that to begin with, I wouldn't have been so grouchy with the phone book.

Im old enough to know the term (thanks to the bill!) but dont ever recall it being used in mainstream advertising before..Well not in my 30 odd years anyways!!

That Kid Rock song, 'All Summer Long'. He uses the word 'things' twice to make a rhyme in the chorus. It really annoys me.
