My team for the t20 against Queensland
1. D.Harris
2. T.Cooper
3. S.Afridi
4. M.Cosgrove
5. C.Borgas (could swap with Pollard depending on how many overs left)
6. K.Pollard
7. D.Christian
8. G.Manou
9. M.Cleary
10. S.Tait
11. P.George / C.Bailey (depending on whether the wicket is going to turn or not)
Personally i think thats a pretty awesome line up which covers every aspect needed, and think the Redbacks are an awesome shot of making the final.
Bailey is horrific, the amount of full tosses he bowls he would end up over the fence like Heal last night!
Geroge is to up and down for 20/20 Jake is a better option IMO slower balls and can swing it both ways. George would bowl to many length balls IMO
i think the team was correct last night but the order as follows
1. D.Harris
2. T.Cooper
3. M.Cosgrove
4. S.Afridi
5. C.Borgas
6. K.Pollard
7. D.Christian
8. G.Manou
9. M.Cleary
10. S.Tait
11. J Habberfield
The only change i could see is O'Brien for Cleary or Jake, he is a tightish spinner who is better than CB and a handy batsmen the spin option has worked well for some states in the 20/20 or 50 over game. We have plenty of fast/meds and Afridi who is extremely valuable!
Habberfield
Tait
Cleary
Pollard
