workplace ombudsman or union, but the union are pretty much useless these days.
technically they cant hold your money for 3 days after its due

I would disagree with that MT79. Plenty of unions are getting significant wins for employees of recent times.

i guess employers can do what they want, and there are some jobs that are advertised that are already gone
