No its from an Old Uni text book that has all the nutritional info on foods, especially the nutritional content of takeaways e.g. macca's, HJs etc. Draw back it is from the US...

Im on the Kaluaha and Milk on Ice...... great for my bones!!!! Ive hit a brick wall with the weight.... Weigh in will be interesting tommorow.... might do a session on Hanson Rd. tonight followed by a jog tommorow mornoing then the scales!!!

well boys Im going to give this a real crack over the next 3 days as Ive been presented with the ultimate opportunity to lose weight - wife has been transferred to the Hilton from Ashford for the next 3 nights under their exchange program....I have a fully equiped gym, runnign track, tennis court, pool, spa and sauna at my disposal.....unfortuantely I have room service and the best chinese restuarant in oz within 500m of the hotel!!!!

in all seriousness im going to give the pool a work out and weigh in Sunday when we get home....4 weeks off work after that so looking forward to having h the time for fitness

Oh dear :cry: 106,put one back on,D'oh! Must have been the Chicken Schnitties and lager last week to celebrate little Miss Boon's birthday (hey,any excuse is a good one,right?) any way,back on the jog this week.What might help is going back to the B's to captain,I can bowl as long as I want and hope fully spend a bit of time in the middle.All things going well.

What is it about this week??? i put back on half a kg! been doing some jogging but have come up shin sore, have been thrown back out into the paddock for awhile- will have to really watch what i eat now! sorry lads.
AG will be our saviour this week, he has been really getting into it lately (ignore what he posts). looking for a big result from him!!

Just punished myself with a lunchtime run in the Wimmera sun.....
