It's pretty hard to see a 4 team comp as a legitimately good one, and I think we should be working on getting at least 6 in there, as well as much more 2 day cricket.
How we get to 6 teams without Renmark is a bit of a tough one, but I would suggest, as was the idea with the footy a while back, joining up with some Mallee teams, or even Mid Murray teams (if they are good enough). With lots of teams involved you could even get a bit of a conference system going to reduce the travel a bit.
I'll be interested to hear people's thoughts, and see how much of this gets ripped to shreds.
I can guarantee you now NS, the Renmark District comp won't get scrapped.
But I think the structure put in place with the Renmark North Colts will see a return to A grade ranks sooner rather than later for Renmark.
Hopefully this is a step in the right direction for Renmark, cos I agree with you NS, the RTCA definitely needs more than 4 teams.
