I can see Norwood going either way ... We certainly have the potential to improve, but if the culture is crap then generally that will be reflected onfield, there is bonafide wide-spread change required at the Parade and that takes time (if it all).
Bass as a coach is an unknown and he's going to need a fair bit of time in charge to see much genuine change IMHO ... At best I think Norwood challenge for 5th position, at worst we'll fight it out with this years bottom 2 again.

Going out on a limb here... I reckon Norwood will contest a league Grand Final within the next three years.
