5 years may be a tad soon but the kids got talent without doubt,
Have heard of bookies over in the UK that take bets like that, wonder what odds you would get right now for Trengove to win a brownlow in his career.
From memory Chris Kirklands old man laid a bet with a bookie when his son was born that he would one day play for England at some stupid odds (10,000/1 or something) that duly saluted

Trengove is so far ahead of Gibbs at the same stage it's not funny. Gibbs was and is a good player but Trengove is and will be something very very special.

Quite simply an astonishing comment...
Obviously didnt see Gibbs get 36 possies and 6 goals from the wing against Port 4 years ago

I ask this as my family from 1880's to 1940's lived in the town of Bute on the Northern Yorke Peninsula and back then there were a number of Trengove's living there (if it's the case i've got photos and info on his ancestors)

Up until the age of 14 Trengove was living in Glenelg's country zone (Naracoorte). Another 12 months and he'd be a Bays player. Ahh well at least Sturt are benefitting from the junior country development squads we run.
