The Norwood job would be the most appealing for me.
The zone they've got and the amount of kids that are developing within the clubs in their zone will set them up for years to come if they are managed correctly. I reckon this next appointment at Norwood will be the most important one they've had since Alan Killigrew.
If they don't get premierships out of their next 6-10 years, they will have failed miserably.

Killigrew came into the club without any preconceived ideas or past knowledge of internal politics. He told the club what he was going to do and the "political correctness" crap wasn't around so when he said something, he meant it and it got done. No 'if's and buts', just action.
Too many clubs nowadays want to appoint someone from within but that most times is frought with danger and leads to issues from within. At least an outside perspective can bring a club some balance, albeit sometimes for only a short time.

Cheers mate, seems Killa was a very polarising character, many people speak very highly of him and many others speak quite the opposite.
