Times are tough at the Pac Man house at the moment. I would love to watch my beloved Tigers touch up Willaston this weekend, but by the time you pay $5 in petrol ( coming from Gawler West ) the $6 gate fee, there is $11 i just dont have to spend before i even get out the car.

The cheque i received from Kevin Rudd did help and i did my bit for the country, it lasted about 12 hours at the Kingsford Hotel. Was able to stimulate the TAB and do my bit for the economy. It was 2 min noodles again for the misses and rug rat , luckily Bi Lo still had her favourite Chicken and Corn flavour.

The recesion has taken it toll on most people Skipper, thats why crowds are down , simple as that.

$50 if a streak across the oval to the netball courts might be up your alley.

It won't be a game to miss, i'm hearing the donnys might get a boost this week with Matt Cotton to be dusted off and thrown up forward to rattle a few tiger cages this week. Be worth the entry fee just to see who lines up on the legendary goal shark.

I dont know about you Pac-man but i am having real trouble getting enthused for this weeks local derby. Last time we met it was a walk in the park for wackas boys, about the only fight the boys gave across the bridge was amongst themselves.
Im with you, i could easily sit at home and maybe watch a competitive game of footy rather than the one sided game that will be on show at the showgrounds.

I think your right swooper with your formula for working out player payments. I know for a fact we are around 30-50k for the year, which does equate to half of what people think.

Frackowski played the last three years against the former club but really he would find it hard when he tore a knee ligament otherwise he would of loved too play against Willaston!

You choose not to go when you think that you will win so does that mean you go when you think you are going to lose. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't you go to watch your side to win. With crowds down in Gawler it is obviously dimwits like you letting your club down. I wouldn't have a clue who you are and I don't want to know, you are setting yourself up for a big fall come finals time.

I also hear that Angaston have about 6 players back this week. One of them being Bascan [spelling] I am led to beleive he hasn't played for a while , can any one tell me more? Knowing my luck he will come back through the twos .

No need for name calling skip. Times are tough at the moment skip which means i need to be selective when i go. So i choose to go when i think i will see a good competitive game of football and i need to budget for the upcoming finals series.

If it's the same matt cotton i know he would struggle moving outside the 50m arc let alone chasing a little rabbit like fracka!!!
