what about them?
"A good footballer is about what you do for your mates" What did you guys do for your mates at those 2 clubs besides leave them?
Here we go again.. We planned on staying at both clubs until s***t happened. At Gepps we as a team felt like we werent welcome and werent good enough to be considered part of the club so we decided to move on. Some of the blokes who left after that year had been there for years. Wingfield considering a number of us had played cricket there seemed like the most suitable option when Chris got the nod to coach there. We had 'all' planned to stay at Wingfield on the belief the club had turned itself reputation around then the B grade premiership coach gets kick hit by a disgruntled ex b grader. Would you want to re-new your coaching contract there. Hell no!! In both cases players as individuals had the choice to stay or leave.
Whats going on at Ovies is minor. It was '1' undisciplined player and he was dealt with appropriately.
Ok just thought id ask.
