We have removed people before for trying to film their sons basketball games, i mean what is this world coming too if you can even film your sons basketball game.
So sauce out of victor and where to? and maybe the rumour from the start of the year isnt such a rumour anymore, simmo back to victor (both of them) not that junior is much of a loss, havent seen him do anything ever.

I'm no 'whiz with law' but crickey's if this were true then it couldn't be limited to sports and TV shows like 'funniest home videos' wouldn't have anything to show!!

I think cuzzy has more of an idea than me on this but i am confident there is a law, it applies to minors (whether that be u/16 or u/18 i don't know). It is illegal to film without parental consent. I would think Australia's funniest home videos would have to make sure they have parental consent of all people featured in their very unfunny clips. This guy from Mclaren could have some answering to do if the footage is shown, probably wise move not to put it on youtube!

The compass boys went in very confident sitting top and playing McLaren who lost to pongy last week. The game was played at a good speed and the skills were high from both teams. Which raises my point if McLaren can beat our boys and they are sitting 5th but lose to sides below them, then how good is the senior colts comp. I must admit i have not seen heaps of senior colt games this year. Who do you guys think will win it, i had a look at some of the results from the GSFL website and it looks as though anyone in the top 5 can win it.
mkakes for an exciting finals series to watch

A.Mum, the above statement would suggest that I could go and film U15 netball matches if it was for "personal use" and I was not "publishing" it and hence the reason why issues like this get bought up, but where do you draw the line?.

How Many ???
Does anybody know any? I Dont.
Would it be 0.01% of the community? (1 in 10,000) or even less?
Just another example of the Majority of law abiding people being inconvenienced bcos of the actions of F.ALL.
Wot about the Millions of Security/Surveillance cameras filming minors in every store and down every street?

Possibly the film at the Saints v McLarens is illegal but surely you would have to be stiff to get done.
