If you think an umpire is against you or *cheating* as you Seaton people are implying, then wouldn't your players shut their mouths instead of arguing and abusing the umps all day long. From what i saw Broadview didn't give one 25m penalty away all day and Seaton about 150m worth of them. As for the umpires they were poor but for both sides, its just that Seaton were second to the ball all day and you will find, especially in the wet, all teams that play that way will give frees away. Well done to Broadies for their first win anyways. Seaton are in more trouble then you blokes believe.
From what i saw of the game Seaton were hung & were never given a chance, yes they were undiscipline but the umpires had alot to do with that with their disgraceful decision making & bias-ness.
Players are taught to obey & accept the maggots decisions, theirs only so much you can take before someone flies off the handle after numerous inconsistant decisions go against you.
I do agree Seaton have to control their discipline but umpires too must take control of a game & not let it get out of control like some games have due to the umpires inability to sustain consistancy.
