If you look at the last few years with Lynchy in charge and the amount of new people involved in a some what depleted club, it is now looking to become a force in the next couple of seasons. The work that he has done and continues to do is priceless and I think some of you people will never know just how hard it is to try and rise a club from the bottom in such a strong league.
As for Harty yes he is a valuable assett and will be for years to come, if you knew anything about Aldinga you would see that both Lynchy and Harty work very well together and have the same goals in mind when it comes to Aldinga moving forward.
How can you bag internal trials when match/game preparation if done right is by far the best way to get fit and sharpen your skills.
Everyones different I guess and your opinions your opinion so time will tell. Good to see the bottom clubs at least trying to bridge the gap.

Alot of players that have come from the last few years have loved it and stayed because of the group of guys and great facilities.
I'm glad your here seaess to try and divide good clubs like Aldinga maybe stick to your own...if you have one.
