Good bloke Harty, was treated like sh!t at Henley, loves his footy, his club, his team mates & the lady's!
Can play a bit of footy aswell, will always contribute to poaching & signing players.
Which will help the sharks move up the ladder a few places this year.
Don't know how much luck he has with the lady's though! [-(

Why would they out Bassani?
He's look'n at the juniors & development, he might not have the stars like some clubs have, money aswell but i think the blokes on the right track down there.
Alot of blokes like caining him, only because they have no idea themselves about coaching etc...
I say good on him & keep showing belief in the young ones as they will end up rewarding you & the club down the track.

shane lynch couldn't coach an aus kick side, reckon the aldinga boy's would welcome the move they would be gettin sick of playin internal trials. why would Encounters go for a Lynch as coach you wouldn't need to look to hard to get someone more capable

It's funny how things can get out of hand.
If you look at the last few years with Lynchy in charge and the amount of new people involved in a some what depleted club, it is now looking to become a force in the next couple of seasons. The work that he has done and continues to do is priceless and I think some of you people will never know just how hard it is to try and rise a club from the bottom in such a strong league.
As for Harty yes he is a valuable assett and will be for years to come, if you knew anything about Aldinga you would see that both Lynchy and Harty work very well together and have the same goals in mind when it comes to Aldinga moving forward.
How can you bag internal trials when match/game preparation if done right is by far the best way to get fit and sharpen your skills.
Everyones different I guess and your opinions your opinion so time will tell. Good to see the bottom clubs at least trying to bridge the gap.

It wasn't just referring to the new players this year.
Alot of players that have come from the last few years have loved it and stayed because of the group of guys and great facilities.
I'm glad your here seaess to try and divide good clubs like Aldinga maybe stick to your own...if you have one.

Learn from you did he?

Would have thought starting your coaching career as Lynchy has been doing is about learning and developing as a coach, Aldinga was a logical choice as we needed someone fresh from outside our club and who could bring 'footballers'. See the trend and yes we will see how the season pans out.

my club rodney has won 4 a grade 2 b grade 5 senior colts and 2 junior colts flags since 2000 because we have a great junior program with alot less population than aldinga time to wake up you can't survive importing most of your players every year

Seaess it sounds like your very successful and good on you, I still don't see it necessary to have digs like that at other clubs, no matter who you are or who you know.

I think there may be some sour grapes that you feel towards either the Aldinga club or coaching staff and thats your right everyone can have an opinion, if your as successful as you say then why are you bothering with what others are doing, does it seem that life at the top will not last? Or do you have to defend your proud self to us? Who really with our record and committment by who ever we can get to play for us is highly appreciated.

Maybe to stop looking at the past for us all is a good thing, it's not worth rallying on past highs or lows at the moment when a new season is on our doorstep. The future begs to be a bright one in Aldinga and hope yours is the same. Good luck in 2008 if your still coaching.

I originally passed a comment on shane lynch not Aldinga FC. you do what you have too, to keep your club going and good on Aldinga for snaring as many guy's as you need. But all you Aldinga guy's have verified my opinion. Shane has the contacts to get players but to actually coach them is questionable. Great to see there are some guy's really passionate about the club. Footy's the winner
